I still remember the first eviction case I handled. As a young attorney, I was unsure of exactly what to do and I was maybe more nervous than my client (probably how you feel right now). But I knew I wanted to do a good job, so I spent HOURS on that case. It paid off because we got a win for a grateful client.
That was YEARS ago. Today, we are VERY good at what we do, and we have helped literally thousands of landlords and property managers. We have been to court over and over, and we have seen just about everything. Clients who are comfortable and educated usually have a better experience. Whatever questions or concerns you have about your case, we can help! In fact, we have probably had other clients in the same situation.
I am originally from Price, Utah and have been around the real estate industry my entire life. I spent days on end riding 4-wheelers or fishing in the mountains, waterskiing at Huntington Lake, riding snowmobiles near Scofield, rappelling/rock climbing in the canyons, and lifeguarding at Price City’s Desert Wave Pool. I spent two years in the Scotland Edinburgh Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and have returned with my family to Scotland several times on holiday.
I am the founding attorney of Utah Eviction Law and am also the local Utah attorney for the NAA (National Apartment Association). In addition, I am a member of NARPM (National Association of Real Property Mangers) and have also served on the Board of Directors for the RHA (Utah Rental Housing Association). I also teach numerous classes and seminars related to landlord/tenant issues each year.
